Place yourself in a warm living room on a Fall afternoon. The room is full of natural light and deep shades of burgundy. You have just finished a relaxing morning of baked oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, and sweet conversation while surrounded by the aroma of hazelnut roasted coffee.

Anytime is made great with a few cinnamon rolls.

On a relaxing day such as that, it almost feels natural to submerge yourself into a large couch and allow your brain to take a break. In the hustle and bustle of life, allowing oneself to catch their breath can be just the motivation you need to keep the rest of your day productive.

On this particular day, I decided to switch on the TV and was pleasantly surprised to find myself flipping past my usual favorites of music videos, soap operas, and workout junkies, to settle on The View. Although this is not my usual afternoon pastime, I could not help but stay tuned to watch the segment on Halloween ideas on a Budget that was soon to follow the commercial break.
